Description

“Lessons learned by a serial technology entrepreneur over the last 30 years”

Based on four technology startups dating back to 1991, Ken will discuss what he has learned that contributes to the potential successes and failures specific to the technology ventures. He will cover business plan, raising funding from the VCs and corporations, technology execution, sales and marketing execution, dealing with competitors, hiring key employees, building strategic partnerships, and exit. He will also talk about all the mistakes that he has made over the years not just based on his own experiences but also his observations of other start-ups. He will then wrap up with key components of what is needed to make the technology ventures successful.
