Guest speaker Sheila Rohra is a technology industry executive with over 20 years of experience, leading cross-functional initiatives and global teams across Fortune 500 companies to drive profitable growth and long-term, sustainable shareholder value. She is an expert at driving business transformation and leading through complex turnarounds, business reorganizations, and portfolio reassignments. Ms. Rohra is well known for her ability to build diverse and highly collaborative, performance-driven teams. As of 2019, she is currently the SVP for Worldwide Services and Support at NetApp, transforming a business function she is directly responsible for by leading several growth initiatives that will improve the customer experience, drive top-line growth, and enable NetApp to continue to deliver innovative products. Prior to NetApp, Ms. Rohra led business operations in the Core Technology Group at Cisco. Her previous positions include management roles in new product introduction, quality engineering, and manufacturing at Bay Networks, Diamond Multimedia, and Osborne Computers.
